Course & Symposium Policies

Day-of Event Registrations

  • You may register for workshops, courses and symposia at the door for an additional $25.00, unless the event is sold out. 
  • Payment for day-of-event registrations must be received at the door. Cash, credit cards and checks are accepted. 
  • Course materials will be available as a PDF download. Day-of-event registrants will be given a link to download the PDF. Please bring a device to download the PDF.
  • Day-of-event registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable.


  • Refunds for all RMAG technical events, except luncheons, are available up to two weeks before the event date.
  • If you are unable to attend, your registration for all RMAG events is transferable. RMAG members may transfer their registration to another RMAG member, and non-members can transfer their registrations to whomever they wish. Should an RMAG member wish to transfer their registration to a non-member, the non-member would need to pay the balance between the member and non-member price.
