While are so glad that everyone would like to attend the conference in person it is completely sold out. The good news is the majority of our speakers have consented to a live stream of their presentations. This is a limited virtual option where you will be able to view the presentations in real time (Mountain Daylight). Please note: The talks will not be recorded.

Refund Policy

If you find that you can no longer join us for the North American Helium Conference please be aware of our refund policy.

Cancellations before February 22, 2023 will receive a full refund
Cancellations on or after February 23 and before March 13, 2023 will receive a refund of half their registration fee
Cancellations on or after March 14, 2023 will not receive a refund, but can be transferred to another attendee.

Hotel reservations must be dealt with through the hotel and are subject to their policies.
