Raychel Duncan, Recruiting Lead, bpx energy
Raychel has worked in the Talent Acquisition space for over ten years. With a knack for building relationships, Recruiting has been the perfect career match for her natural skill set. Currently Raychel is the Recruiting Lead at BPX Energy and was formerly an Executive Recruiter in a boutique search firm specializing in the E&P sector and the Talent Manager for a mid-size operator.
A native of Wyoming, and from an oil and gas family, Raychel has a fierce passion for the industry and the people who are a part. While now is a challenging time, Raychel is excited to see where the future of the industry will go.
Lesley Prewitt, Recruiter, Enscicon Corporation
Lesley has had a 40 year career in the Legal and Oil & Gas industries. With 6 years of paralegal experience, she moved to Denver in the mid-80s and was hired by an upstream/midstream Oil and Gas partnership to support the in-house attorney as his paralegal. After transitioning from paralegal to recruiter, Lesley worked 11 years as legal recruiter and is nearing her 9th year as a recruiter for Enscicon Corporation, specializing in heavy industry engineering and construction industries.
With the general knowledge of companies’ staffing needs within oil and gas (midstream and downstream), power, mining, environmental and construction industries, and 20 years in third party recruiting; Lesley strives to be a resource for others by sharing helpful information, long-term relationships, and connecting professionals with excellent companies.
Elizabeth Dahill, The Dahill Group
Elizabeth has more than 20 years of experience in recruiting and business development covering Colorado, Texas, Wyoming and North Dakota. Elizabeth has built a reputation as an industry insider with a depth of knowledge and experience along with having an extensive network within the oil and gas community. Elizabeth's inside knowledge of the industry comes from her childhood; she was born and raised in the oil patch in Wyoming. Elizabeth has held numerous positions including Executive Vice President, National Sales Director and Board Member for a premier recruiting firm based in Houston. Prior to her career in the recruiting industry she was Associate Managing Partner for IKON Solutions in Chicago, Houston and Denver. In 2013 Elizabeth opened her own recruiting firm, The Dahill Group. Elizabeth is dedicated to ensuring her vision of The Dahill Group to be a firm that is committed to providing outstanding customer service and for serving the hard-working individuals in the oil and gas industry.
