Petrography of Mudrock Hydrocarbon Reservoirs

Abstract: This course is designed for geologists, petrophysicsts and managers who desire a better understanding of mudrock reservoirs and the technology used to investigate their composition, evolution, and pore systems. This one-day course will focus on applications of pore-scale imaging techniques, with most of the time dedicated to case studies of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs. Quantitative as well as qualitative results will highlight the utility of various methods.
